Conferences and Events

The multi-purpose, fully roofed venue will be Dunedin’s major sporting and events venue, capable of hosting a wide range of conferences, meetings and events. From a small business meeting in one of the corporate suites to dinner for 450 in the East or West Lounges, the Forsyth Barr Stadium will have it covered.

The Main South Stand will provide a wide variety of room capacities, all with generous ceiling heights and natural light.  The East Stand will provide a large, fully-roofed flat area that can be configured to specifications for meetings, events or trade expos.

The latest in Stadium design will provide a quality experience in terms of comfort, access and safety.

A dedicated catering service and onsite kitchens will provide all the food and beverage requirements.
