FAMILY FUN DAY Sunday 6 December from 11.00am to 2.00pm We're opening the doors to the Forsyth Barr Stadium construction site and we would love to have you there. Bring your family and your camera along to see how far we have already come in the first few months of construction. Meet and greet sports stars in the Sports Zone and come and see the big diggers and cranes. MORE FM will be giving away spot prizes. Entry via the east end of Parry Street (off Ravensbourne Road). Limited off-street parking will be available on Parry Street. Food and refreshments available. See you there!!!! Rotary is hosting the Family Fun Day for a gold coin donation for adults or $5 for a family. All money raised will be used towards Rotary community projects. |

The Forsyth Barr Stadium at University Plaza will be New Zealand's largest indoor arena with the capacity for more than 30,000 avid fans.
The multipurpose, fully-roofed venue will be capable of hosting a wide range of music, entertainment, cultural and sporting events.
Planned for completion by 2011, construction is already underway on site.
